The Alexander Thomson Society has four categories of membership, as outlined below.

Membership can be paid annually, by cheque or standing order from a UK bank. Although shown below, credit card payments cannot yet be taken (we plan to institute these in the near future).

Memberships start on 15th April and 15th October. Your membership will begin from the next start date after your payment has been received, unless you specify otherwise.

To take out membership, please complete the form below, then print it out and send it by post to the address below.

Don't forget to include your payment, completed standing order, or (for corporate bodies) your purchase order.

Gift Aid: add 28% to the value of your membership

The Alexander Thomson Society can reclaim tax on your membership if you are a UK taxpayer paying an amount of Income and/or Capital Gains Tax at least equal to the amount of tax we can reclaim on your gift (currently 28p in every £1: £4.20 on a £15 Individual membership). Please tick the reclaim box below.

I am a UK taxpayer and I would like The Alexander Thomson Society to treat all donations I have made since 6 April 2000 and any future donations as Gift Aid gifts. I understand that The Alexander Thomson Society claims on these donations (currently 28p for every £1 given) must not exceed the total amount of Income or Capital Gains Tax that I pay in any tax year.
