Founded in 1991, The Alexander Thomson Society exists to promote the life and work of the Scottish architect Alexander 'Greek' Thomson (1817-1875).
On this website, you can find out more about the life and background of 'Greek' Thomson', about the many homes, churches, offices and tenements he created, and current news about what is happening to the buildings and monuments that remain.
The Society produces a Newsletter, organises a programme of winter lectures and walking tours around Glasgow and occasional day or weekend trips.
And, by joining the Society, you can take advantage of special members' offers on books, videos and other merchandise.
